Expense Settler
A easy way to settle expenses of shared items.
Hide Instructions
1) enter in the number of people
involved in the calculation (min 2, max 50).
2) enter in the number of items involved in the calculation (min 2, max 50).
3) click on start.
4) enter real names of members in the header row.
5) enter the name of items (e.g.
detergent, electricity bill, movie tickets, restaurant bill) in the
1st Column
6) enter in the total amount for the corresponding item in 2nd column
7) enter the amount spend by each memberX on each itemX in the corresponding cell in memberX column.
If a member participated in a purchase but did not contribute any amount put a 0 in the corresponding cell. If a member
did not participate in a purchase leave the corresponding cell blank.
8) click on calculate.
9) the figures in gain/loss row show the amount each member has to gain from others or give to other members.
+ve values mean the member need to add to the global pool, -ve means the member takes money from the pool.

1) negative numbers are taken as invalid input.
2) prefere integer data.
3) if the utility dosen't run properly in your browser please lower the security settings of your browser.
